[1] Religious award training is approximately 5 minutes in length and can be schedule on almost any day.

[2] The status report will indicate if an inventory is taking place at the troop and patrol levels and if items are being damaged or lost.

[3] Remember to focus only on the support actives conducted by these positions, not on the outing overall.  The evaluation should have been conducted with the scouts in the effected positions prior to the Patrol Leaders Council meeting.

[4] Troop Guide shall participate in patrol corners, inter-patrol activity time for trail to eagle advancement, at Patrol Leaders Council and for general discipline support and shall conduct evaluations with patrol leader after every meeting.  Meeting all these goals indicates a four on the board.  Remove one point for every missing step.

[5] Check with Head instructor for resources, week three before session.  Plan the session, week two before session.  Gather the materials and rehearse, week one before session.  Meet at 6:30 day of the session for dress rehearsal.  Give one point for each week of planning and one point for a successful skill session.  Each set of instructors has a potential of four points each week.

[6] Remember to focus only on the success of the Instructors and the Troop Guides, not on the troop activity itself.

[7] We are looking for you to move the scouts as a unit, on time for activity to activity.
